Payment Options

Payment for orders placed is processed by PayFast – a widely used, secure and reputable payment gateway.  You will be redirected to the PayFast website to complete your payment which you can do using either a credit or cheque card.  Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the Zizamele website.  Once we have been notified abut your payment and your order is ready, it will be dispatched to you.

Shipping Information

We ship your order door to door, using FedEx, which has a tracking system so that your parcel can be viewed at any time.

We use a variety of packaging materials depending on the product, as well as sturdy cardboard boxes and sometimes plastic crates.  These will be additionally charged for on your invoice.

Customs Information

Any custom duties will be for your (the customer’s) account.  As these vary in application and amount, we can not account for these prior to order and dispatch.

Insurance against breakages

There is a packing list/label stuck to the carton listing the items inside.  Insurance for loss or breakage is included with your shipment fee.  Should your item(s) arrive broken, please send photographs of the broken item, the packaging and the outer box for the insurance claim.  This must be done within 24 hours of the parcel arriving.  We will lodge the claim, remake the items and resend them to you.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds  but in the event that you would rather not receive the re-made item, we can offer a credit note for the value of the original product.
