Shipping and Returns Policy

 

We ship your order door to door, using FedEx, which has a tracking system so that your parcel can be viewed at any time.
 
We use a variety of packaging materials depending on the product, as well as sturdy cardboard boxes and sometimes plastic crates.  These will be additionally charged for on your invoice and any custom duties will be for your (the client) account.
 
There is a packing list/label stuck to the carton listing the items inside.  Insurance for loss or breakage is included with your shipment fee.  Should your item(s) arrive broken, please send photographs of the broken item, the packaging and the outer box for the insurance claim.  This must be done within 24 hours of the parcel arriving.  We will lodge the claim, remake the items and resend them to you.
 
We do not offer refunds  but in the event that you would rather not receive the re-made item, we can offer a credit note for the value of the original product.
